Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Progressive Care Unit position in Texas requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and a current TX or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
• Work in a hospital PCU/Med Surg unit on the second floor
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
• RTO requests must be for less than 1 week
• No previous permanent employment at the facility within 2 years
• No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers accepted
• All required documentation and active licensure are necessary for consideration
Requirements
• Active TX or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent experience in PCU or a related specialty
• Certifications must remain valid at least 30 days after start date
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Not eligible if employed as perm staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
