- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
- Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Support a positive team environment through effective communication.
- Current RN license and BLS certification required for patient care.
- Ability to monitor and document patient conditions accurately and promptly.
- Experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar environment preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Proficiency in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of infection control measures and safety protocols.
- Experience in educating patients and families on health management.
- Ability to engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.
- Willingness to stay updated on best practices in nursing care.

- Compensation: $1,881.00 per week.
