• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in nursing care.
• Support a positive team environment through effective communication.

• Current RN license and BLS certification required for patient care.
• Ability to monitor and document patient conditions accurately and promptly.
• Experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar environment preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of infection control measures and safety protocols.
• Experience in educating patients and families on health management.
• Ability to engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.
• Willingness to stay updated on best practices in nursing care.
