Support Nursing Excellence and Resident Care

In This Role, You Will:

• Support Staffing Needs:
  Step in to assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee Resident Care:
  Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs.
• Manage Nursing Staff:
  Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation:
  Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records.
• Develop Care Plans:
  Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans.
• Support Staff Resources:
  Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
• Uphold Infection Control:
  Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is a licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Has strong technical skills and proven leadership/management experience.
• Brings a background in geriatric or long‑term care nursing.
• Embraces a restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Has working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
