We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Longview, TX . This is a great opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient primary care setting while working alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine services, including wellness visits, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and acute care

• Conduct patient assessments, perform exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with supervising physicians

• Educate patients and families on preventive health, disease management, and lifestyle modifications

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

• Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

• Minimum of 1 year of family medicine or primary care experience preferred

• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends or evenings)
