CHRISTUS Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Departments at our facilities in Louisiana and Texas:

• CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center--Shreveport LA
• CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center--Longview TX
• CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital--Jacksonville TX
• CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital--Texarkana TX
• CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital--Tyler TX

These departments emphasize a cohesive and collaborative approach, providing a diverse case mix, excluding hearts or transplants. The Jacksonville facility is an Independent model. These opportunities are hospital-employed W-2 at Level 2-4 trauma centers.

What We Offer:

• Broad case mix, including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gyn, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eyes, EP, GI, and OB.
• Utilization of new anesthesia equipment, including Digital Mindray Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, Glide Scopes, and computerized EPIC charting.
• Flexible scheduling with opportunities for 8/10/12-hour shifts;
  Shreveport has a 24-hour shift available.

Competitive Compensation Package:

• Competitive Starting Salary for experienced CRNAs;

• Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay.
• Premium Pay rate of $200/hour for any hours over 40 in a work week.
• Shift Differentials Pay for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends.
