Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Texas

Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Longview, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Texas or compact state
• Successful completion of an RNFA program meeting AORN standards and accepted by the Competency and Credentialing Institute (CCI)
• Minimum 5 years of OR experience, including both scrubbing and circulating roles
• Previous cardiovascular operating room experience required
• CVOR and endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) experience required
• CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only)
• Must be comfortable performing circulating, scrubbing, and first assist duties
