Acuren is currently recruiting for RT Level III NAS
410 Inspector (DR/CR a plus) to support our operation in Longview, TX. The RT Level III NAS
410 Inspector/NDT SME will set up and calibrate testing equipment, conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects), and devise ways to examine objects, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Certified Level III RT (DR/CR a plus)
- NAS
410 certification - Certified Exposure Device Operator (CEDO) Course and/or NDT Foundations Course
- Additional NDT certifications preferred MT, PT, UTT, VT, PMI(any combination)
- Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
- Knowledge of NDT equipment
- Familiarization of NDE methods (conventional and advanced)
- Experience in report writing
- State Card (Industrial Radiographer State Card/trainer status a plus)
- 40 Hour Radiation Safety Training (40
RAD) - IRRSP card
- TWIC card preferred
Local to Longview, TX or willing to relocate - Able to work 5x10's schedule
