Leasing Associate

Churchill Residential is hiring a Leasing Associate for Churchill at Longview
, our 160-unit Senior Living community.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and go-to person for prospective residents and their families. You’ll greet visitors, learn what matters most to them, and professionally share the features and benefits of the community to help secure lease agreements from qualified individuals.

You’ll also plan and coordinate resident services and community lifestyle activities, creating a welcoming, engaging experience for residents every day.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the property’s leasing representative for tours, questions, and follow-up

• Present the community professionally and communicate value clearly

• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants

• Plan and coordinate resident services and lifestyle activities

• Ensure compliance with TDHCA requirements

• Follow Fair Housing and ADA guidelines at all times

• Use Microsoft Office to support day-to-day tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Previous leasing experience in a related industry

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfort working with prospective residents and building trust

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
