, a leading franchisee of KFC, as a Restaurant General Manager. In this role, you will lead a team, implement strategies, and make a real impact on the success of our growing business with over 800 KFC locations nationwide.

• Control profitability by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and train Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and that guests receive exceptional service.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards and drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility—preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects and to stand/walk continuously during entire shifts.

Restaurant General Manager employees receive compensation commensurate with skill and experience. Expected starting ranges vary by location:

• Maryland: $53,000 – $58,000
• New York: $55,000 – $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 – $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 – $58,000
