Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) at Target (T2283). This role involves assisting guests, delivering a strong guest experience, and maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. The average starting hourly rate is $15.00 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support the guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by performing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and help guests; support fulfillment and guest needs by returning items from fitting rooms to the floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely, comply with policies, report hazards, and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with relevant laws.
• Greet guests, engage to solve needs, and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.

• Ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle cash operations as needed; climb ladders; move merchandise (up to 15 pounds frequently, up to 44 pounds occasionally) without assistance.
• Flexible schedule; reliable attendance; able to work in varying temperatures.
