• Conduct sales of new policies and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Collect premiums and handle billing/collections on a monthly basis.
• Perform frequent personal home visits to assess client needs and recommend coverage.
• Grow and manage an established book of business, generating new prospects and income.
• Achieve performance targets and qualify for awards, prizes, and company‑sponsored trips.

• Active, licensed insurance agent in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
