• Proactively build loyalty and long‑term relationships with customers
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Meet sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close business
• Handle daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• Ability to work 15‑30 hours per week for part‑time or 35‑40 hours per week for full‑time
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights & weekends
