Inside Sales Rep-Window Construction

Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service serves as a key point of contact for customers — both walk-in and phone inquiries — house accounts, also provide quotes for Distributor sales; providing exceptional service while supporting sales, order processing, and installation coordination. This position combines front-line customer service responsibilities with inside sales duties to ensure accurate communication, efficient scheduling, and a positive customer experience throughout the sales and installation process.

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and greet walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and service inquiries.
• Coordinate communication between customers, installers, and project managers to ensure timely job completion.
• Prepare and maintain customer files, job folders, and project documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, payments, and installation schedules.
• Process permits and submits them to appropriate city departments along with required payments.
• Maintain Lead RRP documentation and ensure proper homeowner notifications and records.
• Assist in organizing and updating the Replacement Window Sales/Install wall pocket folder system.

• Meet with walk-in customers, remodelers, and replacement sales clients to determine requirements and recommend products.
• Provide accurate price quotes, product details, credit terms, and order information following company procedures.
• Enter and manage sales orders, quotes, and returns in the system accurately.
• Follow up on pending quotes and lead to secure sales opportunities.
• Contact customers to confirm appointments and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
• Monitor scheduled shipment and installation dates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the installation and accounting teams to process completed jobs and invoicing.
• Proactively recommend additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support (manufacturing or construction industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Market Sharp or WTS is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Primarily office environment with frequent phone and face-to-face interaction with customers.
• Occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs. (sample products or files).
• May require brief periods of standing, bending, and walking between office and showroom areas.
