• Install commercial HVAC systems (new construction and retrofits)
• Work with project managers and GCs to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
• Train and mentor junior techs and apprentices
• Perform code-compliant work that meets high-quality standards
• Maintain accurate job records (materials, time, progress)
• Travel occasionally to job sites across Texas
• Prioritize safety and teamwork on every project

• 5+ years of hands‑on commercial HVAC installation experience with ductwork and units
• Pipe fitting and brazing experience is a must
• Sheet metal & commercial unit installation experience
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical docs
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude
• EPA certification & VRF experience are a plus (but not required)
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a good record
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and pride in your craft
