Pay: $16–$25 per hour, based on experience.
Why we’re hiringOur sheet metal shop, Noble Sheet Metal, builds the custom metal that finishes our roofs and our commercial jobs: flashing, trim, coping, gutters, panels and standing seam metal roofing. We’re adding a technician who can run the shop equipment and go out on installs to put up what we build.

Our sheet metal shop, Noble Sheet Metal, fabricates custom metal for our own roofs and for commercial builders.
A few months in, you can take a cut list or shop drawing, build the parts right the first time, load the truck and install them clean on site.
What you’ll do- Fabricate flashing, trim, coping, gutters and panels on the brake, shear and roll former.
- Read measurements, cut lists and shop drawings, and check your work before it leaves the shop.
- Load, haul and install metal on residential and commercial jobs.
- Install standing seam metal roofing and trim with our crews.
- Keep the shop and equipment clean, organized and safe.
- Take photos and notes so every job file is complete.
Required
- Able to read a tape measure accurately and follow a cut list
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs during installs
- Able to handle heavy, sharp sheet metal safely
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Sheet metal shop experience (brake, shear, slitter or roll former)
- Metal roofing or gutter installation experience
- Commercial coping, awnings or wall panel experience
- Reading shop drawings
- Bilingual English/Spanish
$16–$25 per hour, W-2, based on experience. Monday–Friday, with some weekends when jobs need it.
