Role summary: The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings. What you’ll do:

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and control panels, ensuring compliance with building codes and operational standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in commercial and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units, walk-ins, and HVAC systems to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to OSHA and EPA 608 refrigerant handling protocols during all service activities.
• Lead and mentor field teams, providing technical guidance and promoting safety practices.
• Manage service calls, coordinate with external providers, and maintain accurate documentation and inventory.
• Operate company vehicles safely to complete service assignments across multiple locations.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and control panels.
• Ability to interpret layout plans, schematics, and comply with building codes and HVAC/R regulations.
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in commercial and industrial environments.
• Knowledge of EPA 608 refrigerant handling protocols and OSHA safety standards.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring technicians on technical procedures and safety practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical issues and service outcomes to customers.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, inventory tracking, and service documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate company vehicles safely and maintain required documentation.
