• Lead and mentor a high-performing front-end team, providing coaching, career development, and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain native mobile applications using Swift and/or Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve app features and UX
• Prototype, test, and document new app features
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices

• Strong experience in Swift or Kotlin
  , with a solid grasp of React Native
• 5+ years of front-end development experience, primarily with React
  , including at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Proven success managing remote or distributed teams, fostering collaboration, consistency, and innovation.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum
  , with hands‑on experience using tools like Jira or Asana for project and sprint management.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  , release processes, and scalable front‑end architectures.
• Experience (or solid knowledge) of native mobile development for iOS and Android is a big plus.
