• Resolve exceptions, coding issues, and vendor discrepancies in own work queue.
• Reconcile vendor statements and credit card payments.

Process Improvement and Technology

• Act as A/P's subject-matter expert for the A/P side of Remarcable (invoice matching, A/P approvals, and the Viewpoint Vista integration); partner with Supply Chain and IT on changes that affect A/P.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation (e.g., AI-assisted invoice review, exception triage, vendor inquiry responses, report generation, and data analysis) and pilot them responsibly with appropriate controls.
• Build reports and dashboards that support the KPIs set by the Supervisor (cycle time, exception rates, discount capture, aging).
• Participate in or lead Improvement Projects as assigned.
• Bring fresh, out-of-the-box thinking to longstanding problems; test new ideas and scale what works.
Training, Mentoring, and Documentation
• Draft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and process maps for A/P workflows, for Supervisor approval.
• Train new and existing A/P staff on processes, Remarcable, Viewpoint Vista, and new tools; lead cross-training.
• Mentor A/P Specialists, coaching on problem-solving and serving as a day-to-day resource for questions.
• Train field and project personnel on approval workflows and A/P requirements.
Controls and Audit
• Follow internal controls, flag gaps, and recommend control improvements as processes change.
• Prepare A/P schedules and documentation for internal and…
