Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Part Time — LONGVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a team environment and is committed to providing outstanding care to our keiki and their caregivers.

• Welcoming keiki and making them feel comfortable.
• Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage and financing options.
• Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain a kid-friendly environment and smooth patient flow.
• Create a fun and engaging experience for each patient and caregiver.

• Customer service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus.
• Dental Radiology Certification a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
• High level knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options is preferred.
• Must be dependable with strong attention to detail.
• CPR Certification is required.
