Civil Engineer

Location: Longview, WA |
Wage: $58-65/hr (DOE)

Gibbs & Olson is seeking a Engineer 4to lead design projects, work directly with clients, and mentor the next generation of engineers.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with an established and respected civil engineering and land surveying firm serving public and private sector clients across Washington and Oregon.

• Design and manage civil infrastructure and site development projects
• Lead technical tasks and coordinate with clients, agencies, and consultants
• Prepare detailed plans, reports, cost estimates, and permit documents
• Mentor junior staff and support business development
• Help pursue new work and maintain strong client relationships

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience
  
  Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
• Experience with public/private utilities, stormwater, roads, and/or site development projects
• Experience working with public agencies, permitting, and funding coordination
