Base pay range

A national chemicals company is looking to hire a Senior Environmental Engineer with expertise in air permitting and air permitting compliance. The Environmental Engineer will be tasked with maintaining the site's air permits, including air emissions, and the air compliance strategy, ensuring all permits and procedures are in compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations.
Responsibilities- Manage the site's air permits and air permit applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the organization's air compliance strategy
- Lead reporting and compliance requirements for air resources at the site
- Assist team members and operations in compliance with related programs and permits
- Interact with regulatory authorities, acting as the site's air compliance subject matter expert
- 5+ years of air permitting and compliance experience, chemicals industry preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Title V air permitting regulations
- Bachelor’s of Science degree, preferably in Chemistry or Environmental Science
- Experience working with RC14001 management systems
- Experience with Arkansas state environmental regulations
