• Lead complex infrastructure and site development projects, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, estimates, plans, specifications, permits, and other technical documentation.
• Oversee the design and development of utilities, stormwater systems, roadways, and site improvements.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and subconsultants.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth.
• Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals and client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum 12 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in public and private infrastructure and site development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam software.
• Experience working with utilities, stormwater management, road design, permitting processes, and public agency coordination.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
