Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients ages 5 and up
  • Provide patient-centered care, education, and counseling
  • Fit and program hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM) and best practices
  • Take earmold impressions and manage follow-up care and adjustments
  • Advocate for the best hearing solutions tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with referring physicians
  • Participate in community outreach events (health fairs, senior living events, etc.)
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
  • Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (or eligible for licensure in WA)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organization and problem‑solving abilities
  • Commitment to delivering individualized, top‑tier patient care
