You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and impact the development of the primary care services. The Lakefront Family Medicine Clinic includes family practice, same-day care, and select occupational health screenings.

• Schedule:
  
  1.0 FTE:
  Full time, 4-to-5-days weekly, 34 patient contact hours weekly, with In-basket Nurse Practitioner support
• Call: ~1:20, evening phone calls, to include one working weekend in the same day clinic once per quarter
• Team: 8 Family Medicine Physicians and ~15 Advance Practice Practitioners
• 32 exam spaces, shared with Same Day Clinicians, the clinic is located on the campus of the hospital, with on-site digital x-ray
• 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio, seeing all ages, up to ~20 patients per day
• Onsite:
  Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services,
• In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
• Clinician must hold: BLS

Lake Sacajawea, directly across from St. John Medical Center is in the heart of Longview.
