At KWA, you will provide personal care and companionship to a diverse client base across Longview, Kelso, Woodland, and other Cowlitz County communities. The role includes paid caregiver training, healthcare insurance, and a benefits package that covers medical, vision, dental, and paid time off.

• Be 18 or older
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be willing to become certified as a home‑care worker within a set timeframe
• Pass a criminal history and reference check

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
