Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Ortho

Location: Longview, WA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8-hour Days

Position Overview:
Human Edge Health is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Longview, WA. This role is ideal for PTs with outpatient orthopedic experience who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a general outpatient orthopedic patient population

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans

• Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients/day with follow-up visit double-booking expected

• Collaborate with physicians, rehab staff, and patients to achieve care goals

• Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity expectations of 60 visits/week

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience; outpatient experience preferred

• Prior travel experience required

• Active PT license in Washington (or eligibility)

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
