Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a self-starter with hands‑on construction knowledge who thrives on optimizing systems, troubleshooting challenges, and collaborating across teams. You’re organized, communicative, and passionate about leveraging technology like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to enhance project controls and document management. If you excel at configuring workflows, ensuring data quality, and supporting transitions to modern tools like SharePoint and One Drive, you’re the kind of specialist we need to strengthen our operations.

This role is primarily office-based out of Vancouver and Longview, WA.

What You’ll Do

As the ACC and Document Control Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and advancing our use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Build and Cost Management features while contributing to broader document governance strategies.

Pay Range

$25–$35 per hour (DOE), FLSA non‑exempt (overtime eligible).

  • ACC Platform Support & Optimization
    • Provide ongoing support for existing ACC Build implementations, ensuring system stability, user adoption, and optimal performance.
    • Assist with rollouts of new ACC Build and Cost Management features, including gathering requirements, configuration, and delivering user training.
    • Design and implement custom workflows for RFIs, submittals, issues, meeting minutes, and cost processes.
    • Create and edit custom forms for project data capture (e.g., Daily Construction Reports, Safety Forms).
    • Configure project settings, including issue types, templates, submittal workflows, and cost modules.
    • Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and generate reports on progress, trends, and compliance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Administration
    • Troubleshoot user access and technical issues, collaborating with IT and vendors.
    • Oversee company affiliations, project team structures, folder protocols, and file management.
  • Document Control & Governance
    • Participate in developing and enforcing company‑wide document control standards.
    • Support the transition to SharePoint, One Drive, and emerging AI‑driven solutions for management and automation.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate systems and promote best practices in information management.
What You Bring
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience with construction project controls, standard documents, and enterprise software implementations. Hands‑on experience with ACC, Procore, or similar construction management platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of construction phases, workflows, and documentation practices.
    • Proficiency in configuring systems, managing permissions, and troubleshooting platforms like Autodesk.
    • Effective communication for requirements gathering, training, and team engagement.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for efficiency improvements.
    • Excellent organizational skills for handling files, tasks, and schedules.
    • Proficiency in M365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot); familiarity with SharePoint and One Drive is highly desirable.
    • High attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
