• BLS required
• ACLS, PALS, CPI, TNCC as applicable – not mandatory
• COVID and Flu:
  Facility dependent
• Background check and drug screen required, including site-specific BG documentation
• No RTO requests exceeding 3 days
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and SSC
• Complete Mediko site-specific background and agency forms
