Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Delaware Plaza

Koelsch Communities is currently looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Resident Services Department at Delaware Plaza.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Evening shift 3 PM – 11 PM. Earn $20–$22 per hour based on experience. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care assistance.
• Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provide or obtain assistance with care as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition; report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State.
• Prior training as a NAR, EA, RA, or HCA may require additional training and testing.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First‑Aid certification as required by company and state regulations.
• Drug‑free and willing to undergo drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
