Compensation:
Starting at minimum wage up to $16.28 per hour, plus tips. Available daily pay, flexible schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and paid sick leave.

• Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to Applebee's established standards.
• Offer friendly, efficient service to staff and guests.
• Create a welcoming bar experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bar area.

• Minimum age 21, complying with state law.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Physical capability to remain stationary for up to four hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and lift, reach, bend, or stoop as required.
