Residential CAD Drafter – Architectural Design
Location: Onsite – Longwood, FL
Terms: 6-month Temp-to-Perm
Pay: $25/hour (higher negotiable based on experience)
Latitude Inc seeking an experienced Residential CAD Drafter to join a premier full-service architectural team specializing in residential design. The firm is dedicated to delivering superior service and high-quality architectural solutions to clients.
Responsibilities- Produce detailed residential architectural drawings and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop plans
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with residential building codes and standards
- Make revisions and updates to drawings based on feedback
- Participate in project meetings to review and refine designs
- 8–12 years of professional drafting experience (minimum 5 years in residential architecture required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Longwood, FL
- In-person interview onsite
- 30-minute CAD skills test immediately following interview
