• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddler age group.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage social interactions and emotional growth among students.
• Assess and document children's progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, specifically with toddlers.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
