Registered Behavior Technician RBT​/BT

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full Time

Location: Longwood, FL

Base Pay: $43,680 per year (starting rate $21 per hour)

Training & Certification: Paid RBT training and RBT exam preparation through ABA Academy of Excellence.

Career Advancement: Opportunities to advance to Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, or other clinic positions; full scholarship to Temple University’s Master’s in ABA program; BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full‑time work.

• Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or at our centers.
• Teach daily‑living and social skills using evidence‑based behavior strategies.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, BCBAs, families, and other staff.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old (21+ if located in New Jersey).
• Availability after school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
• Clean background, drug, and driving‑record screenings.
• For candidates pursuing the RBT exam: attend 40‑hour paid training and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
• For candidates already holding an RBT credential: attend the required paid training program.
