As the Home Health Aide or CNA, you will provide patients with in‑home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being.
Primary ResponsibilitiesMay provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including peri care and applying lotion; transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair. Transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet
Reports observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager
Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when business travel is required
Assists with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care

- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- FL:
Successful completion of at least forty hours of training in areas required by Agency for Health Care Administration or successfully passing the home health aide competency test (Form AHCA 3110‑1007 created by AHCA)
- 6+ months of home care experience

The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $24.23 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
