$150,000 – $170,000 per annum (salary commensurate with experience)

• Oversee multiple client accounting departments to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and technical support to department leaders and accounting professionals.
• Monitor department performance metrics and implement process improvements aligned with company goals.
• Partner with executive leadership on initiatives that support growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster collaboration between departments and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Support special projects from the COO and other senior leaders, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Represent the organization in meetings with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure long‑term solutions.

Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Executive‑level management experience with proven ability to lead multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and enterprise financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills.

Preferred:
• Master’s Degree or CPA certification.
• Experience with in community management, property management, or real estate accounting environments.
• Demonstrated success driving process improvement and operational alignment across divisions.
