An established manufacturing company specializing in powder coating and sandblasting is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a sharp eye for detail, and understands the importance of delivering a high-quality finished product to every customer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products for coating defects, scratches, bubbles, uneven coverage, and other imperfections.
• Verify color, texture, finish, and overall quality meet job specifications.
• Perform final quality inspections before products are approved for delivery.
• Identify and document quality issues and communicate necessary corrections to production staff.
• Verify completed orders against job tickets and customer specifications.
• Ensure defective products are corrected before leaving the facility.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and help improve quality control procedures.
• Communicate quality concerns clearly to team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and supervisors in both languages.
• Ability to identify visual defects and inconsistencies.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read job tickets and follow written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing, quality control, or powder coating experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
