As an Access Control Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential community, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible throughout the location to help deter security‑related incidents. Job Schedule:

Day Time
Tue 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Wed 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Control access to the residential location by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Provide customer service by assisting residents and guests with inquiries and directing them as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific procedures.
• Document security‑related incidents and activities accurately and promptly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.
• Follow all site‑specific policies and emergency response procedures as directed by Allied Universal and the client site.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
