Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Electrician/ Electrician Installation

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Upgrades/modernizes elevators & escalators, including electrical work, wiring, and programming of control systems.
- Maintains and repairs elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation equipment.
- Responds to emergency calls and makes repairs quickly and efficiently.
- Conducts safety audits and ensures that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations.
- Stays current with advancements in elevator technology and industry regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Elevator Technician degree or Elevator Mechanic License
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be available to work on an on‑call basis in cases of emergency
