Employment Type: Full Time

• Maintain a presentable and professional appearance at all times.
• Able to provide top quality workmanship at all times.
• Ensuring all work performed is compliant with company standards.
• Able to offer sound recommendations for customer issue at hand, issue proposal with recommendations and/or passing what information is needed to the office to issue a proposal for repairs.
• Discuss repairs with customer and point out any other repairs that will be required to ensure the plumbing repair will be safe and sanitary.
• Complete all job tasks as expected by customer. Follow-up with customer in a timely manner to ensure they are completely satisfied with the work.
• Responsible to complete all work orders and ensuring they are accurate, legible and completed in a timely fashion.
• Help train team members on CES standards, customer standards, and educate on plumbing practices.
• Able to travel to various plumbing supply outlets as requested by the Service Manager.

• Minimum 6 years experience working in plumbing industry
• Minimum 5 years of customer service related experience
• Must be able to climb and balance on ladders, stand/ or sit for long periods at a time, must not have a fear of heights, among others

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Valid Florida Driver's License is required
• Incumbent must be insurable at all times by CES insurance carrier
• Florida State Journeyman license preferred but not required
