Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an Entry-Level Technician to our team in Longwood, FL. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in systems installation, service, and technical support. The Entry-Level Technician will assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while learning industry best practices and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of systems and equipment
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks under supervision
  • Support service calls and on-site visits as needed
  • Follow company procedures, safety standards, and project documentation
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
  • Accurately complete work orders, reports, and required documentation
  • Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks or drug screening if required
Preferred Experience
  • Technical coursework, certifications, or trade school experience
  • Previous hands-on experience in a technical, construction, or service role
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or basic networking concepts
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in varying environments
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
