It’s time to move up – Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. It’s a tough job that needs a natural leader with judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
• Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers, and navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle (for delivery).

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36° F to 90° F or higher.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools (up to 500 °F or higher), and sharp edges with moving mechanical parts.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, pushing/pulling trays, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand coordination, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Delivery duties involve carrying food and beverages while walking, climbing, and driving to customers.
