Location:
Ghaziabad
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 (In-hand)

About Us:
We are a large-scale warehouse specializing in electronic products. As part of our expanding operations, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Inventory Incharge to lead and manage inventory activities at our warehouse in Bajaj-Ghaziabad .
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of inventory control and management across the warehouse.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
Operate as the SAP Operator for inventory functions, including stock postings, transfers, and reporting.
Conduct regular cycle counts , inventory audits, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment based on operational needs.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless stock movements.
Analyze stock variances, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
Optimize storage space and streamline inventory processes to improve efficiency.
Supervise and guide warehouse staff on inventory handling best practices.
Be actively involved on the floor, participating in hands-on tasks to meet targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management in a large-scale warehouse, preferably dealing with electronic products.
Strong working knowledge of SAP (Inventory/Material Management Modules).
Proven experience conducting cycle counts , audits, and stock reconciliations.
Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work closely with warehouse teams.
Proficient in warehouse and inventory software.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
