Senior Product Manager

Scale Advantage Corp has outgrown gut-feel planning, and this Senior Product Manager opening in Lorain is how we fix that. What you're signing up for is $80,000 - $126,000, a full-time cadence, business ownership, and a Scale Advantage Corp team that rewards nerve.

• Knit together the Lorain, OH P&L from pieces three teams own separately
• Set up the Lorain, OH team to make calls without waiting on you

• Map where revenue leaks between handoffs across the business funnel
• Author the playbook so the next Senior Product Manager doesn't start from a blank page
• Push a business pilot past the part where most pilots die
• Support Senior Product Manager leadership with data-driven recommendations

• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
• The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
