We are seeking a Board-Certified Breast Radiologist to join a physician-led, technology-forward radiology practice and help lead and grow the breast imaging program at Mercy Health Lorain Hospital.

This opportunity offers an attractive combination of onsite patient care and remote flexibility
, with approximately 1.5 days onsite and 3.5 days remote each week
. With a Monday–Friday schedule, no call, compensation starting at $500,000+, and up to 10 weeks of paid time off, this role is designed for physicians who want to deliver exceptional care without sacrificing quality of life.

The Breast Radiologist will provide comprehensive breast imaging services, including:

• Screening and diagnostic mammography
• Breast ultrasound
• Breast MRI
• Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy
• Stereotactic biopsy
• Additional breast imaging procedures as appropriate

Physicians interested in leadership will also have the opportunity to help shape the growing breast imaging program, establish clinical standards, and optimize workflows.

• Compensation: $500,000+
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid: Approximately 1.5 days onsite / 3.5 days remote
• Call: None
• PTO: Up to 10 weeks annually for full-time physicians

You won't practice in isolation. You'll have access to a national team of radiologists for backup, consultation, and collaboration, along with dedicated operational and technology support.

The practice is physician-led and focused on reducing unnecessary administrative burden so radiologists can spend more time on what matters most:
clinical excellence and patient care.

The hybrid schedule also provides flexibility in where you choose to live. Physicians may choose to live in Lorain and enjoy Lake Erie and the surrounding communities or live in the greater Cleveland area and commute for their limited onsite days.

• Board Certified by the A  or AO
• Breast Radiology fellowship training preferred
• Active Ohio medical license preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in helping shape and grow a local breast imaging program
