• Provide individual and group counseling to students in a variety of educational settings
• Support children facing developmental, educational, and emotional challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success
• Design and implement effective strategies that foster positive behavioral and educational outcomes

• Master’s degree in School Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
