Behavior Technician (Training Provided)
Company: Spark Joy ABA, a Finni Health company.
Location: Lorain, OH – In-person.
Employment Type: Part-time.
Estimated Pay: $17–$22 per hour.
Schedule: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 4:30–7:00pm, Wed 5:00–7:00pm (12–15 hrs/week).
Your Role- Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills.
- Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs.
- Support families through parent training and consistent communication.
- Work in clients' homes; comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.
- 1+ year experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping children grow and succeed.
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Lorain.
- Experience with high‑aggression clients.
- Part‑time: 12–15 hours per week.
- Pay: $17–$22 per hour.
