Behavior Technician (RBT) – Lorain, OH
- Company:
Spark Joy ABA, a Finni Health company - Job Type: Part‑time
- Location:
In‑person – Lorain, OH - Pay: $17–$22 per hour
- Hours:
Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (15 hours/week)
- Work 1:1 with children in‑home using individualized ABA treatment plans
- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
- Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
- Support families through parent training and consistent communication
- Operate in client homes within the assigned territory
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Lorain
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
