Retail Sales Associate

Our marketing organization is growing fast, and we need a Retail Sales Associate who pairs creative instincts with hard data. Bring 1 years of sales marketing experience to a $40,000 - $61,000 role built around ownership, teamwork, and growth.

• Track pipeline performance and report results to leadership each week
• Pitch, listen, adjust, and pitch again until the sales marketing deal lands
• Close the gap between what marketing promises and sales delivers
• Run point on trade shows and pop-ups throughout OH
• Line up the learning-obsessed sponsor ships that put Business Excellence Group in front of buyers
• Test messaging variations and iterate based on performance data

• Comfort being measured against a clear junior bar
• A point of view on Business Excellence Group's space, sharpened by your own reading
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback

For sales marketing teams we've been burned before, Business Excellence Group is the ambitious Lorain, OH partner that finally keeps its promises. Recognition here is specific and frequent, not saved up for some annual Lorain, OH ceremony.

On top of $40,000 - $61,000, we cover your health premiums, fund your certifications, and pair you with a seasoned mentor.
