Licensed practical nurse and 2 years of experience in long term care management
Essential Job Functions- Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories
- Supervise and Manage nursing staff
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices
- Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations
