The facility operates as a developmental center delivering outpatient primary care services to a patient population of all ages. The clinic maintains structured clinical workflows and established protocols consistent with developmental center care delivery standards. Clinical operations are organized to support day shift locum tenens coverage on an on-site, PRN basis.

The area offers clinicians on assignment a range of outdoor and cultural pursuits suited to varied interests. Outdoor activities include hiking and biking trails, kayaking, and access to natural landmarks in the surrounding region. For those seeking day trips, destinations such as Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Lake Erie beaches provide accessible options within the region, while art galleries, history and science museums, and sightseeing opportunities reflecting the area's heritage round out available options during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site developmental center clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a PRN day shift schedule of 24-32 hours per week, with no holidays or weekends. The expected caseload is approximately 2.5 patients per hour, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups.

Required credentials include an active NP license, DEA registration, BLS certification, prescriptive authority, and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner; board certification is negotiable. Credentialing is estimated at approximately 30 days, and no call coverage is required for this assignment.
